1. Expedited pending E-visa application (for those who already applied for a Vietnam e-visa but are still in processing)

SPECIAL NOTES:
+ The above fees are applied for expedited service and ONLY for PENDING applications submitted before 11:00 pm on the previous day. These fees DO NOT include the standard 25 USD or 50 USD e-visa fee you already paid. Make sure your application is in “pending processing” status, not “waiting for payment”.

1.2. Requirements for expedited e-visa service
- Provide us with your pending e-visa application code and the email address you used when applying for your e-visa.
- Your E-visa applications must be submitted before 11:00 pm on the previous day.

1.3. Important notes
E-visa applications must be done outside of Vietnam. If you submit your visa when you are still in Vietnam, your visa application will be denied.
Those who want to do a visa run must leave Vietnam first, submit their visa then have it expedited if they prefer a short stay outside of Vietnam.
2. Emergency E-visa (for those who have not applied for a Vietnam e-visa yet and prefer 90 days of stay)
If you have not applied for an e-visa yet, you can request a new e-visa (in case you want to stay in Vietnam for up to 90 days) with expedited or emergency processing.
2.1. Requirements for Emergency E-visa
- A scanned copy of the full front page of the passport (must be a clear, color scan, not a photo)
- Recent photo (straight-looking without sunglasses)
- Date of entry
- Port of entry
- Religion
- Hotel name/ address in Vietnam (for the first night of your arrival)
- Permanent residential address and phone number
- Your E-visa applications must be submitted before 11:00 pm on the previous day.

SPECIAL NOTES:
- The above Emergency E-visa fees include government fees and expedited processing fees. The government E-visa fee once submitted is NON-REFUNDABLE BY ANY REASONS as the fee is for processing of the application and is NOT DEPENDENT ON EITHER GRANTING OR REJECTION of visa. If there is any missing or incorrect/unidentified information, your application will not be accepted.

3. Emergency Vietnam Visa on Arrival (for those who have not applied for a Vietnam e-visa yet and stay up to 30 days)
Another potential option for getting a rush visa for Vietnam is the visa-on-arrival process. With this option, you just need to provide a scanned copy of your passport, date of entry, port of entry, and number of entries (single entry or multiple entries).
You will get an approval letter that allows you to get your visa stamped on arrival at major airports in Vietnam. Besides fees for visa-on-arrival pre-approval letters, there is an additional airport stamping fee of 25 USD for a single entry or 50 USD for multiple entries paid onsite.

3.2. Processing fees for visa-on-arrival pre-approval letters
- Business hours or processing time are from 8:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs (Vietnam time, GMT+7) except for weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays.
- Besides the application fee of the visa on arrival letter, you will pay a fee of 25 USD for single entry or 50 USD for multiple entries directly at the Immigration counters in the airport depending on the length of your visa.
